Responsibilities
- Set up Amperos infrastructure to support the next wave of growth
- Maintain & improve AWS infra, increase dev velocity, and build reusable engineering rails
- Build systems that help us build AI features faster and improve LLM observability
- Reduce AWS spend and build better observability on infra costs
- Lead security and technical compliance efforts (ie. VPNs, firewalls, networking)
- Automate compliance processes with AI agents
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on/leading infrastructure teams at top companies
- Able to identify highest ROI engineering infra issues from day one and build a roadmap to improve our engineering infrastructure
- Able to lead engineering discussions effectively and articulate the impact of infra initiatives
- Willing to wear different hats and do whatever is necessary. No task is beneath us
- High agency. You don’t need much instruction to create results. You pride yourself on being able to just figure things out
- Great communicator both verbally and written. You proactively push necessary information to the team rather than the team needing to pull info from you
- Excited to build in an industry that is underserved by technology and immerse themselves in the world of healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
Nice to Have
- Has owned HIPAA, SOC2, ISO audit processes
