Reporting and Controls Lead, Data Center Capacity Delivery

Owns portfolio-level milestone tracking, reporting, data quality, and capacity projections for large-scale data center delivery programs. The role requires 7+ years in project controls or scheduling, strong scheduling and BI-tool fluency, and the ability to communicate insights to executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own consolidated milestone tracking across active and upcoming delivery projects, including early floor access, floor access, and ready for service.
  • Validate schedule and status data from developers, general contractors, and third-party partners; reconcile discrepancies and correct data at the source.
  • Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan.
  • Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
  • Define data standards, integrated-schedule conventions, and reporting-tooling conventions with the Program Management Lead.
  • Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including with AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs, such as data center, energy, or industrial projects.
  • Experience running consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio.
  • Fluency with scheduling, spreadsheet, and business intelligence tools, such as Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and through charts to technical and executive audiences.
  • Comfort building processes while operating them.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hyperscaler, colocation, or developer-side program-controls experience.
  • Owner's-side cost controls or earned-value reporting experience.
  • Experience building planning or reporting tools with AI-assisted development.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $320,000–$405,000 USD.
