About the job

Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise-readiness requirements for new products and features and determine whether in-flight features have the necessary controls.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations; participate in customer security and compliance reviews.
  • Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs and prioritize enterprise requests with legal, compliance, and GTM stakeholders.
  • Coordinate programs involving security controls, data residency, healthcare compliance, and enterprise design partnerships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience driving decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities.
  • Experience driving adoption of platform or horizontal capabilities across teams without shared reporting lines.
  • Understanding of enterprise requirements for regulated industries, including security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO, SCIM, and RBAC.
  • Knowledge of data governance, including retention, residency, and customer-managed keys.
  • Familiarity with audit logging and spend controls.
  • Experience working directly with regulated customers on security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract redlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Owned a HIPAA program end to end at a software company, including BAAs, PHI handling, and product controls.
  • Experience with financial services customers and data retention, data residency, encryption, regional hosting, customer-managed keys, and contractual evidence.
  • Experience running an enterprise design partnership or co-build.
  • Experience using Claude or other LLM tooling to automate program tracking and reporting.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $365,000–$435,000 USD
