Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional programs that build billing platform foundations, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery.
- Standardize intake for new commercial work entering billing, including ownership and sequenced dependencies.
- Own the promotions program from proposal through configuration and reconciliation for self-serve and sales-led programs.
- Lead billing commercialization and launch readiness, ensuring pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting are in place before product or SKU launches.
- Own the change process for the charge pipeline.
- Run payments operations programs with finance and treasury, including currency and foreign exchange.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience owning cross-functional programs end to end.
- Ability to reason about metering, invoicing, payment flows, and associated data pipelines.
- Experience running launch-readiness programs for new products and their commercial billing paths.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, treasury, GTM systems, product, and support teams.
- Ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct reporting authority.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with promotions, credit programs, or enterprise billing platforms.
- Familiarity with foreign exchange, treasury, month-end close, or reconciliation.
- Background in payments operations, billing platforms, or quote-to-cash product management.
- Familiarity with chargeback and refund operations.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $290,000–$365,000 USD.
