Customer Marketing Manager
Own the full customer evidence motion: building systems to capture customer stories, running co-marketing programs, and developing channels to amplify them for ML and AI engineering audiences.
Responsibilities
Co-Marketing Execution
- Serve as the DRI for every customer co-marketing launch end to end — managing timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving the process from first outreach to final publication
- Own the single source of truth for what's in flight across all customer co-marketing activity
- Coordinate with design, social, and sales to ensure every asset is built, approved, and distributed correctly
Customer Evidence & Asset Library
- Own the customer evidence library: written case studies, video stories, customer quote repository, logo library, and sales snippets ensuring all assets stay current and are tagged and accessible for sales and marketing use
- Run the monthly operating rhythm: new logo additions from closed-won opportunities, asset updates, and customer health checks
Programs & Channels
- Identify and develop new co-marketing opportunities across the full bill of materials — blog posts, joint webinars, press releases, social content, video series, event appearances, and more
- Stand up a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program
- Build a structured customer reference program
Requirements
- 6+ years in customer marketing, product marketing, or a closely related function
- Demonstrated track record building customer advocacy programs for technical audiences or at early-stage companies
- Strong ability to craft narratives that resonate with developers while articulating clear business value
- Experience producing a range of content formats: written case studies, video testimonials, technical blog posts, social content
- Comfort engaging directly with technical audiences — you understand developer workflows, tools, and priorities well enough to be credible in the room
- Excellent at making complex technical concepts accessible across different audiences and formats
- Deeply organized and naturally process-oriented — you build systems, not just outputs
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the programs you're running don't exist yet and you're the one building them
- Proactive and detail-obsessed, with a low tolerance for assets that are out of date or processes that only live in someone's head
Benefits
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities
