Corporate Marketing Contractor
Contractor supporting corporate marketing at a B2B SaaS company. Handles PR coordination, executive social content, website updates, content development, and AI-enabled workflow management.
What you will do
Media and PR Support
- Manage outreach, press materials, briefing prep, follow-up, and day-to-day coordination with an external PR agency
- Keep press relationships warm and the pipeline moving
Social and Executive Content
- Draft, edit, package, and route content for corporate and executive social channels
- Support thought leadership development and content distribution across LinkedIn and other platforms
Website Content
- Partner with the Web team to scope, route, and manage copy updates and related page changes
- Keep the site current and aligned to the platform narrative as it evolves
Content Development and Editing
- Write and edit across formats: blogs, bylines, executive talking points, web copy, customer story support, and other Corporate Marketing deliverables
- Own pieces end-to-end
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Keep work moving across Product Marketing, Content, Web, executives, and subject matter experts
- Flag risks, bottlenecks, and missing inputs early
Speakers’ Bureau Support
- Evaluate speaking events and opportunities, manage proposal submissions, and coordinate preparation and logistics
AI-Assisted Content Workflows
- Use approved agents and workflows to accelerate drafting, repurposing, and first-pass review
- Apply strong editorial judgment to both human- and AI-generated content
Content Operations
- Help build and maintain a lighter, AI-enabled process around intake, review routing, deadlines, version control, and handoffs
What skills and experience you’ll bring
- 7+ years across corporate communications, content marketing, editorial, PR, or related B2B marketing roles
- Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and audiences
- Experience working with or alongside a PR agency
- Comfort partnering with digital or web teams on content updates
- Strong project management instincts; ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing quality
- Experience using AI tools or agents in content workflows, with clear judgment about where human review is required
- B2B SaaS or enterprise technology experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Asana preferred; comfort with Glean and Claude a plus
- Low-ego, highly responsive, collaborative
Compensation
Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $50 - $70 per hour.

Write and edit high-impact lifecycle marketing content across email, push, in-app, social, and owned channels. Use AI tools and AEO/GEO best practices to scale output while maintaining brand voice and compliance in a regulated financial services environment.
