Responsibilities

  • Upgrade C&B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain talent by benchmarking with top Tech companies
  • Update and maintain compensation ranges
  • Manage equity attributions
  • Ensure Benefits competitiveness aligned with company strategy
  • Regular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers
  • Deploy and manage annual increases process worldwide in Pigment Application
  • Automate and optimize C&B processes, campaigns, and workflows
  • Participate in global projects like budget definition, forecasts, and ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in Compensation & Benefits, with in-depth knowledge of North American market
  • Experience in fast-growing international environment
  • Structured, thorough, strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Efficient communicator who simplifies complex concepts
