Manage global candidate experience operations, leading a distributed team of coordinators across US, EMEA, and APAC to deliver consistent, high-quality interview experiences and scalable processes.
Administer global leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs while designing employee wellness initiatives. Partner with HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compliance and support employees through medical, parental, and personal leaves.
