Responsibilities

Lead and program manage the command center operations
Oversee the entire fleet dispatch and remote assistance process
Incident management and escalation process development and management
Develop processes and procedures and support development of tooling that enables future scale
Coordinate cross-functionally within operations and among all other stakeholders to ensure mission success and continuity

Requirements

5+ years in autonomy operations, logistics, fleet management, or similar field
Experience leading real-time operations or control centers
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation
Experience with dispatch systems or fleet operations platforms
Able to travel up 35%

Nice to Have

Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams

Compensation

Base salary range: $137,000 - $177,000 USD annually
