Responsibilities

  • Drive daily traffic from 5k to 50k sessions by end of Q4 (~6M social media views per day, 180M views per month).
  • Achieve 100k necklace units sold in 2025.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage 100+ in-house short-form UGC creators; four fresh clips live every day.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage experienced influencers/ambassadors.
  • Manage in-house content team.
  • Hire, coach, and keep a lean team of editors, growth PMs, and UGC shooters.

Requirements

  • 20K+ personal followers on socials.
  • Scaled a company to 100M+ views on at least one channel for a brand.
  • Closed creator and brand deals that moved product (not vanity likes). Bonus: Launched something viral in the last 12 months.
