Client Account Manager, Mid-Market
Manage onboarding and optimization for new Mid-Market advertisers on Reddit. Drive campaign performance, technical setup, and scaling within 6 months before transitioning accounts to growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Strategy: Lead the process of activating new clients on Reddit for the first time by supporting Business Manager setup and initial campaign creation.
- Signal & Technical Foundations: Ensure strong implementation of pixel/CAPI/MMP/measurement for all new advertisers.
- Performance Optimization & Goal Attainment: Analyze campaign performance data, implement continuous Test & Learn roadmaps (A/B testing creative, audience segmentation), and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Upsell & Revenue Scaling: Identify scaling opportunities within the first two quarters by demonstrating clear ROI, leading to expanded budgets and seamless transition to the SSG Account Executive team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Submit tickets to troubleshoot issues and improve client setup and performance.
- Graduation Readiness: Ensure clients meet defined Success Criteria and are positioned for high growth before transitioning to the SSG Account Executive.
- Performance Monitoring: Articulate complex data stories in simple language to customers via meetings, presentations, and emails.
- Organic and Paid Integration: Introduce and upskill new advertisers on Reddit Pro and Reddit’s organic best practices.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and organized, methodical, proactive approach to high-volume client management.
- Proficient in using data and Excel to provide insights, optimization recommendations, and prove ROI.
- Expertise in Test & Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies; ability to create structured learning agendas for clients.
- Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Strong technical acumen for signal foundations implementation.
- Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
- Tenacious and proactive approach to product, process, and client challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners.
- Passion for social media, insights, client success, and partnerships.
