Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, advertisers, and agencies to shape learning agendas, interpret results, and improve media performance.
- Apply advertising measurement approaches across attribution, incrementality, marketing mix modeling, and related methodologies.
- Develop scalable measurement programs and guidance that improve decision-making and adoption of rigorous measurement practices.
- Shape advertiser-facing insights experiences that translate campaign and audience data into actionable performance recommendations.
- Conduct auction optimization analyses to identify delivery, pricing, and performance opportunities.
- Support measurement partner onboarding, privacy-forward workflows, APIs, and data integrations.
- Create reusable tools, workflows, and programs that scale Marketing Science support for sales teams and clients.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly while maintaining privacy, quality, transparency, and responsible interpretation standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in advertising measurement, experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, or econometric approaches such as marketing mix modeling.
- Deep expertise in lift and incrementality programs, including experiment design, power analysis, governance, diagnostics, and statistical quality standards.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets using SQL, Python, or R and AI-enabled analytical workflows.
- Experience with third-party measurement providers, partner onboarding, APIs, or data integrations.
- Ability to translate measurement methodology into scalable tools, reporting, or platform capabilities in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Ability to explain complex statistical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong client advisory, communication, judgment, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Commitment to privacy-forward and trustworthy measurement.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $234,000-$260,000
