- Ship production changes quickly through an automated deployment process.
- Build with AI-powered developer tools and industry-standard technologies.
- Mentor engineers and interview candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, preferably building a SaaS product.
- Demonstrated significant impact on a product or team.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers.
- Proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
- Experience with distributed systems.
