Responsibilities
Articulate Linear’s architecture, data model, and integration patterns to engineering and product teams.
Deliver tailored technical presentations and deep-dive demos for key stakeholders.
Design, plan, and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations.
Troubleshoot proactively to ensure seamless onboarding.
Build and maintain realistic demo instances that mirror enterprise workflows, scale tests, and feature toggles.
Enable sales representatives to showcase Linear’s capabilities in context.
Develop technical training materials with Sales Enablement.
Run train-the-trainer sessions for new hires.
Curate exemplar solution playbooks.
Serve as the technical resource for high-priority accounts.
Partner with Customer Success to resolve post-sale technical issues and drive adoption.
Requirements
2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or a similar role at a high-growth SaaS company.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale deals.
Hands-on experience with OAuth2, GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
Experience with GitHub and Git.
Ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues.
Computer science degree or engineering background strongly preferred.
Collaborative experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Comfort with SQL and scripting such as Python or JavaScript.
