Deployment Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead Squint deployments for Fortune 500 industrial customers from kickoff through go-live and ongoing adoption.
• Drive AI adoption across manufacturing, field services, and utility environments.
• Build and structure operational procedures, establish customer knowledge graphs, and configure Squint’s AI for each site’s equipment, systems, and terminology.
• Spend substantial time on factory floors, job sites, and utility yards to understand frontline workflows and improve adoption.
• Build trust with frontline operators, plant managers, and executive sponsors.
• Translate deployment learnings into product improvements.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time.

Requirements

• Recent degree or 0–2 years of early-career experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of an ambiguous project, initiative, business, club, team, or internship through completion.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Bias toward action, sound judgment with incomplete information, and commitment to finishing work.
• Interest in industrial operations and the physical economy.
• Willingness to work onsite in plants and industrial environments.
• No engineering or coding background required.
