About the role
Responsibilities
Lead Squint deployments for Fortune 500 industrial customers from kickoff through go-live and ongoing adoption.
Drive AI adoption across manufacturing, field services, and utility environments.
Build and structure operational procedures, establish customer knowledge graphs, and configure Squint’s AI for each site’s equipment, systems, and terminology.
Spend substantial time on factory floors, job sites, and utility yards to understand frontline workflows and improve adoption.
Build trust with frontline operators, plant managers, and executive sponsors.
Translate deployment learnings into product improvements.
Travel approximately 75% of the time.
Requirements
Recent degree or 0–2 years of early-career experience.
Demonstrated ownership of an ambiguous project, initiative, business, club, team, or internship through completion.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
Bias toward action, sound judgment with incomplete information, and commitment to finishing work.
Interest in industrial operations and the physical economy.
Willingness to work onsite in plants and industrial environments.
No engineering or coding background required.
