Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for groups of 1–15 Care Professionals.
• Manage client transitions and refine care plans with franchise teams.
• Identify and resolve onboarding, scheduling, service, and transition risks.
• Verify employment documentation, including I-9s and licensure, and review client contracts and profiles for compliance.
• Travel to franchise locations 30–40% of the time for onboarding, meetings, and operational support; occasional weekend work may be required.
• Serve as the primary liaison for franchise owners and internal teams.
• Lead internal and external meetings to support communication and issue resolution.
• Partner with Field Teams, Market Operations, and Hiring teams.
• Balance urgent client transition needs with scheduled Care Professional training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, training, customer service, or compliance-related roles.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving, and risk-management abilities.
• Understanding of state and federal employment compliance and care delivery regulations.
• Familiarity with virtual and in-person training methodologies.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee and client information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to shifting priorities, and travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, or operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hiring salary range: $67,500–$75,000 USD.
