Manages commercial contracting for Harvey, including drafting and negotiating agreements, maintaining templates and playbooks, improving legal workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Marketing and Sponsorship Agreements, Staffing Agreements, and other Procurement Agreements.
- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
- Refine approval workflows and intake processes.
- Use Harvey to improve and scale the legal team's contracting operations.
- Identify non-standard terms and issues affecting product, privacy, and regulatory compliance; escalate to legal counsel as needed.
- Negotiate Data Processing Agreements and ensure contracts comply with internal policies.
- Train and develop resources for go-to-market and other cross-functional teams.
- Support procurement, go-to-market, deal operations, marketing, commercial operations, and the legal department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of in-house experience, ideally supporting a SaaS or technology company.
- Hands-on experience with procurement, Master Services Agreements, NDAs, SaaS, technology, and/or IP licensing commercial agreements.
- Experience with contract management systems and related tools such as Ironclad, Zip, and DocuSign.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.

- Hyper-responsive, service-oriented approach and enthusiasm for solving complex problems.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland, with three days per week in the office.
