Customer Success Associate
Supports a high volume of customers by building strategic relationships, driving product adoption, managing account requests, and identifying renewal and growth opportunities. Requires strong communication, customer focus, and 0–2 years of account-facing experience.

Responsibilities
- Identify target opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and proactively build strategic customer relationships focused on retention.
- Manage requests from the book of business, including technical support escalations, billing questions, and documentation or enablement requests.
- Adapt account management strategies to different customer requirements and needs.
- Advise customers on effectively leveraging the solution.
- Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, finance, and legal teams.
Requirements
- Customer-minded and focused on providing value.
- Driven to build a career in sales and Customer Success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience independently negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections for upsell and cross-sell activities.
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer account-facing role.
