Capital Markets Associate
Leads structuring, execution, and management of capital markets transactions like securitizations and warehouse facilities. Owns financial modeling, investor engagement, and cross-functional partnership; requires 6-10 years in structured finance and bachelor's degree.
What you will do
- Lead key components of the structuring and execution of capital raising activities, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward flow transactions
- Develop and own advanced financial and cash flow models to evaluate funding structures, pricing, leverage, and returns
- Play an active role in structuring and negotiating financing arrangements, including terms, covenants, and deal frameworks
- Lead preparation of investor materials and participate directly in investor, bank, and rating agency discussions and diligence processes
- Generate repeatable analytics workflows and analyze collateral performance and portfolio trends to support transaction execution and inform funding strategy
- Own ongoing monitoring of existing facilities, including covenant compliance, borrowing base reporting, and performance tracking
- Partner cross functionally with FP&A, Risk, Legal, Treasury, and Data teams to support transaction execution
- Contribute to capital markets strategy, including evaluation of funding structures, investor partners, and new product initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to scale and evolve the capital markets function as portfolio volume and complexity increase.
Qualifications and Experience
- 6 to 10 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, private credit, ABS, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with experience building and owning complex models
- Experience supporting or leading structured finance transactions
- Experience working with investors, banks, or rating agencies
- Strong understanding of capital markets and securitization concepts
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary Range of $105,500 – $145,000
- Annual Incentive Compensation Eligibility – Up to 20% annually
