  • Architect & Execute Paid Search Strategies: Design and implement sophisticated paid search strategies that align with offerings and support marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Drive daily management of search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging platforms, leveraging advanced testing methodologies and analytics to maximize ROI and quality lead generation.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Translate complex data into actionable insights using advanced analytics tools to refine keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with content, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys from search to conversion.
  • Budget Stewardship: Strategically allocate and optimize search marketing investments across channels, identifying opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns.

  • Proven Search Marketing Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience managing sophisticated paid search campaigns, with success in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Exceptional analytical skills and fluency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and performance tracking tools.
  • Strategic Vision & Tactical Excellence: Ability to develop comprehensive search strategies and execute precise tactical initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of automation, A/B testing methodologies, and sophisticated bidding strategies. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration highly valued.
