Responsibilities
- Build user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Use testing and iteration to improve performance and support customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and customer needs.
- Own the direction and quality of initiatives, including systems-level thinking across broader product and design systems.
- Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components.
- Lead website design from ideation, user research, user flows, information architecture, and visual design through delivery and quality assurance.
- Contribute high-quality work to brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Apply current web trends, best practices, tools, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers to translate complex business challenges into digital experiences.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of web design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, impact, outcomes, and design rationale.
- Fluency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and engineering handoff.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Figma Make, and Gemini.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and user-centered design quality.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mobile app experience.
- Fintech or consumer product experience.
- Front-end development experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with After Effects, other motion tools, and prototyping tools.
