Associate Principal Product Manager - Networks

Leads vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for an enterprise Networks product that enables secure, scalable data sharing across partners, suppliers, and customers. Requires deep product management experience, technical fluency in ingestion and enterprise architectures, and strong customer and stakeholder influence.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, build, and execute the roadmap for the Networks product in alignment with broader business goals.
  • Partner with Engineering to optimize ingestion capabilities so network participants can share massive enterprise datasets smoothly.
  • Work with customers, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to understand data-sharing needs.
  • Use expertise in modern ETL/ELT landscapes to identify product features, integration points, and collaborative use cases.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Networks, including data-sharing features, security protocols, and value proposition.
  • Establish partnerships with network ecosystem players to foster innovation, navigate third-party data architectures, and drive platform adoption.
  • Monitor product metrics and performance indicators, evaluating feature adoption and data throughput to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data ingestion patterns and protocols.
  • Ability to learn and understand complex business processes and challenges.
  • Ability to participate in architectural discussions with Engineering and simplify complex concepts for C-level executives.
  • Proven experience crafting vision and strategy for complex enterprise software products and launching them to market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize system performance and drive product decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to influence without authority and communicate the rationale behind product decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Familiarity with modern data management tools such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Experience with supply chain platforms, major cloud ecosystems, and complex ERP architectures.
