About the role
Responsibilities
Own the client relationship across the full Managed Services lifecycle, from deal signature through renewal.
Manage client requests, communication, momentum, timelines, and delivery accountability.
Drive retention and maintain healthy accounts for renewal.
Manage delivery timelines, trackers, weekly calls, status decks, and engagement cadence.
Provide an initial progress update by day 2 or 3, conduct mid-week check-ins, and present visible work to the client by the end of week one.
Proactively obtain customer inputs, including data access, log files, and source-system information.
Own the client-facing reporting narrative and translate measurement data into business outcomes.
Co-run monthly reporting syncs and maintain the revenue tie-back story throughout the engagement.
Surface blockers, risks, and timeline issues immediately and manage escalations.
Develop deep expertise in client businesses, goals, and priorities to focus delivery on meaningful outcomes.
Identify expansion opportunities within customer organizations.
Requirements
Experience owning enterprise client relationships through delivery, beyond the sales process.
Experience managing complex, multi-workstream engagements with cross-functional delivery teams.
Ability to manage senior executive stakeholders, deliver difficult news, challenge client thinking, and act as a trusted advisor.
Strong operational discipline, including same-day recaps, live trackers, proactive communication, and follow-through.
Sufficient SEO and AEO expertise to engage marketing executives, translate strategic work into business language, and identify potential issues.
Outcome-oriented approach focused on retention, on-time delivery, and demonstrable client value.
