Responsibilities

  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Growth Strategists.
  • Foster a culture of learning, accountability, excellence, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Build trusted customer partnerships, define success, and deliver measurable value.
  • Own key customer relationships and set the standard for engagement, advocacy, and strategic influence.
  • Serve as an escalation point and problem-solver.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to represent customer needs and shape the roadmap.
  • Forecast, track, and report on KPIs tied to expansion, retention, and customer health.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and scale enterprise success through playbooks, frameworks, and strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer growth function.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, expansion, and retention.
  • Passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and guide teams through ambiguity.
  • Systems-thinking mindset, including identifying bottlenecks, building scalable processes, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Growth mindset and comfort in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $190,000–$230,000.
