Responsibilities
Own the technical health of customer accounts, driving success, deeper usage, retention, and expansion.
Work hands-on with real customer data to build integrations and solve technical problems.
Conduct technical discovery to diagnose extraction and pipeline issues, distinguishing usage errors, bugs, and product gaps.
Turn technical wins into adoption and expansion in partnership with the revenue team.
Serve as the trusted technical voice for accounts throughout their lifecycle.
Bring customer insights back to product and engineering.
Determine when to solve problems independently and when to involve engineering.
Requirements
Experience in customer success engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical account management, or another customer-facing technical role.
Ideally, experience with developer, API, or AI-infrastructure products.
Ability to read code, use APIs, and build working proofs of concept or integrations.
Experience owning accounts over time and growing them through technical work that drives adoption and expansion.
Ability to distinguish user error, bugs, and genuine product gaps before building solutions.
Ability to translate technical details into business value for different audiences.
Ability to move quickly and close the loop with working fixes based on real data.

$180,000–$240,000 annual OTE, depending on experience.
