About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the analyst relations function for ElevenAgents in North America from the ground up.
  • Develop a real point of view that analysts trust, getting them ahead of where ElevenAgents is taking the market as an enterprise-grade platform for deploying voice and chat agents at scale.
  • Work directly with Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering teams to understand product direction and turn it into narratives analysts can act on.
  • Drive first Magic Quadrant inclusion with Gartner; build similar coverage with Forrester and IDC in 2027.
  • Shape category narrative across multiple product lines (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, ElevenAPI) to create a coherent market position.
  • Prep executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings.
  • Build ongoing cadence including newsletters, check-ins, and event presence (e.g., Gartner IT Symposium) to keep analysts current.

Requirements

  • Experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.
  • Direct, hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave, including deep knowledge of the submission process.
  • Ability to shape category narratives for a company spanning multiple product lines.
  • Comfortable prepping executives and technical leads for briefings and maintaining analyst relationships.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience covering agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories specifically.
