Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment requirements.
- Re-invent tooling when necessary to meet security and privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
- Build workflow-builder, execution-engine, integrations, debugging, observability, evaluation, and feedback-loop capabilities for AI agents and automations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Production experience shipping full-stack code with Python and React.
- Strong coding ability and comfort working across the stack.
- Ability to understand and fix issues outside the main codebase.
- Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications at million-user scale.
- Ability to execute in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- Experience working in both large enterprises and startups.
