- Design, implement, and optimize processes to streamline workflows and ensure seamless technology integration.
- Track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate customer needs.
- Empower engineering teams to focus on technical challenges by handling operational complexity.
- Deliver on-time, high-quality projects for Government, Enterprise, and Consumer customers.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
- Expertise in process optimization and scalable workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Problem-solving, risk management, and customer-centric mindset.
- Technical understanding to engage with engineering teams.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5 years in program management or equivalent.
- 3 years managing cross-functional projects.
