Product Marketing Manager

Develops product positioning, launch programs, competitive insights, and sales enablement for a technical networking and security product. The role requires 5+ years of product marketing or related experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and analytical project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Become the expert on users and customers, including their pain points and motivations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and content.
  • Launch products and features, manage associated cross-functional projects, and measure revenue and pipeline generated.
  • Create sales collateral and enablement materials, including slide decks, one-pagers, training sessions, customer case studies, and webinars.
  • Work with designers, web developers, and content marketers as needed.
  • Perform competitive and market analysis to inform messaging and campaigns and influence product strategy.
  • Represent product marketing at industry events by delivering demos and gathering customer and prospect insights.
  • Help drive meaningful sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, working with sales teams, and sales enablement.
  • At least 5+ years of direct experience in marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, product management, or a related field.
  • Affinity for complex, highly technical subjects.
  • Experience managing interdependent, complex projects and keeping multiple workstreams on track.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and measurement skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing plans and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Bias toward action, execution, and iteration.

Nice to Have

  • Startup experience.
  • Experience with networking or security products used in SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM), networking infrastructure, or enterprise security needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $190,280–$237,180 CAD.
  • Compensation package includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
