About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build a modern, AI-driven technical content and enablement engine serving customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Establish Technical Training as the authoritative source for technical education, with modular content covering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Microsoft Intune/UEM, application management, autoscale, image management, and automation.
  • Create persona- and solution-based learning paths across self-paced courses, a self-serve library and knowledge base, virtual live training, instructor-led sessions, Masterclasses, and partner enablement programs.
  • Develop customer IT administrator and IT leader learning paths and certification programs through Nerdio University, VILT, instructor-led training, and enterprise training camps.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate features and architecture changes into how-to guides, reference architectures, runbooks, and other practical guidance.
  • Co-own the partner and MSP technical education strategy, including train-the-trainer programs.
  • Define KPIs for certification completion, time to proficiency, support deflection, CSAT, feature adoption, retention, revenue, and win rates.
  • Integrate Docebo data with CRM and product analytics, build cohort comparison frameworks, and report revenue-linked results to executive leadership quarterly.
  • Chair a cross-functional Education Council spanning Technical Training, Partner Enablement, Sales Engineering, Partner Development, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing.
  • Coordinate education calendars, align content priorities, eliminate redundant events, and prioritize initiatives that reduce friction and support volume.
  • Lead and coach the Technical Training team while setting goals and measuring impact.
  • Embed training content creation into the product development and release cycle, and feed learner insights back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical training, customer education, or enablement within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of 5 or more.
  • Experience building a scalable customer or partner education program from an early stage to measurable maturity.
  • Experience with localization requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect education and enablement programs to business outcomes using data.
  • Experience operating in a dual-motion direct and channel business.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, influence, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Cloud background.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern LMS; Docebo is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content production workflows, certification design, and learning-path architecture.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for multiple audiences and formats.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Nerdio or similar platforms.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Experience with persona-based or solution-based curriculum design.
  • Experience building measurement pipelines connecting LMS, CRM, and product usage data.
  • Experience building or scaling an LMS, self-serve knowledge base, or customer learning academy from the ground up.
