Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Sales
Own the data architecture, planning, and AI-enabled operating models that power a high-growth B2B SaaS sales organization. The role requires 8–10+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or consulting, advanced Salesforce and SQL expertise, and strong commercial modeling skills.

Responsibilities
- Define the golden-record ideal customer profile (ICP) and use AI and data to optimize territory design, rep productivity, and coverage.
- Evaluate and pilot AI tools for pipeline prioritization and build models predicting lead conversion from win patterns.
- Partner with Finance and Product on pricing changes; analyze discounts and win/loss data to optimize the price book and packaging.
- Redesign funnel stages and data requirements to improve stage-transition accuracy and forecasting fidelity.
- Build scenario models, including headcount-change scenarios, to support fiscal planning.
- Identify process bottlenecks, such as legal-cycle delays and slow lead response, and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them.
- Use AI-assisted coding, stakeholder-input synthesis, and executive-communications drafting in analytical workflows.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting within B2B SaaS.
- Experience redesigning Salesforce data structures, lead-routing logic, and attribution models for high-growth teams.
- Experience evaluating or deploying AI for sales, including predictive lead scoring, territory design, or AI-driven next-best-action systems.
- Expert SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Deep experience with Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Advanced Salesforce knowledge and the ability to partner with administrators on architectural changes.
- Experience leading TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, pricing and packaging redesigns, and sales incentive or commission planning.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

- Experience with AI-assisted development and large language model tools.
