Responsibilities

  • Strategically uncover qualified businesses using creative prospecting techniques.
  • Proactively connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and innovative outreach channels.
  • Collaborate with directors to identify high-priority accounts, target industries, and partnership opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with business owners and executives to understand needs and demonstrate value.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of outreach efforts.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in Business Development, Sales Development, or customer-facing role with quota.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related preferred).
  • Passion for technology, AI, financial/tax industry; ability to learn technical tax concepts.
  • Strong communication, resilience, objection handling, customer-centric mindset.
  • History of surpassing sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented; manage multiple leads.
  • Eager to learn, coachable, collaborative.

Nice-to-Haves

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with financial documents or tax terminology.

Compensation

  • Annual base salary: $75,000 + bonus.
