Brand Designer
Brand Designer shapes and evolves company brand through web pages, illustrations, social content, and sales materials. Collaborates with marketing, product, and engineering teams; requires 4+ years experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite, strong layout/typography skills.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and evolve the Hightouch brand, ensuring its relevance and impact.
- Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand story across all platforms.
- Proven ability to take ownership of diverse projects across web, video, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Help shape and strengthen the company’s design culture by consistently raising the bar with strong ideas and thoughtful execution.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 4+ years as a brand or visual designer at a design studio or in-house setting.
- Craft: A strong grasp of layout, color theory, and typography, with the ability to apply these principles across a variety of assets.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
