Responsibilities
- Identify operational improvements for the Mission Readiness function that set us up for scale
- Work cross-functionally to intake, document, and prioritize requests for process changes from a number of partner teams
- Design and document workflows focused on vehicle charging, cleaning, inspections, etc.
- Provide bi-weekly status updates to key stakeholders on process improvement initiatives
- Set the vision for the Mission Readiness function and ensure success via metrics like vehicle turnaround time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field
- Experience in a product-based operations environment
- Prior experience developing and using data and metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
Nice-to-Haves
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Program Management, etc.)
- Six Sigma Certifications
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle, ride-hail, transportation, or other relevant mobility industries
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and ideally, possessing certifications
