Customer Success Associate - Commercial Accounts
Manages a high-volume portfolio of commercial customers, driving product adoption, retention, renewals, and growth while coordinating support and internal teams. Requires at least one year of customer account-facing experience, strong communication, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Identify target opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and proactively build strategic customer relationships focused on retention.
- Manage requests from a book of business, including technical support escalations, billing questions, and documentation or enablement requests.
- Adapt account management strategies to different customer requirements and needs.
- Advise customers on effective use of the solution.
- Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, finance, and legal teams.
Requirements
