Responsibilities

  • Work on core product: end-to-end pipeline for computer vision projects (image ingestion, annotation, training, deployment).
  • Integrate marketing/sales tools, automate internal processes, contribute to open source.
  • Advocate for project priorities and contribute to strategy.
  • Add rigor to processes: implement tests, adopt opinionated front-end framework for scaling.

Example Projects:

  • Create filtering interface for images based on metadata (time, GPS, tags).
  • Expand annotation tool (polygonal annotations, image segmentation).
  • Integrate with external APIs for annotation tasks and model performance.
  • Streamline onboarding flow.
  • Deeper integrations with Roboflow Universe and REST API.
  • Next-generation model-assisted labeling.
  • Optimize speed and scalability.

Requirements

  • Technical generalist comfortable diving into new stacks/toolchains.
  • Excited to learn new skills and share knowledge.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $165,000 - $195,000.
  • $4000/yr travel stipend.
  • $350/mo productivity stipend.
  • $350/mo AI tools stipend.
  • $150/mo team lunch stipend.
  • $500 one-time home office stipend.
