Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, generate excitement for, and obtain buy-in for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Partner with cross-functional peers to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics.
- Partner with Industry Relations and Strategic Growth teams on business development opportunities through alliances, partnerships, and marketplaces.
- Conduct regular data-driven business reviews analyzing product execution and revenue and market outcomes.
- Shape new global data strategies with the go-to-market team to manage a volatile environment.
- Cultivate the ecosystem, community, and internal culture surrounding data evolution within Super Network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on communications.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, obtain executive buy-in, and drive measurable team, product, and financial performance.
- Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting tasks, and address ambiguous and complex challenges.
- Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present complex business and technical concepts, trade-offs, and challenges to internal and external audiences, including C-level executives.
