Build and maintain a new financial platform powering core banking services. Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable backend infrastructure and APIs using Go with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy components of a new financial platform
- Deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure and APIs
- Work with infrastructure engineering team to minimize operational overhead of production systems
- Develop thoroughly tested code and conduct quality assurance on all new code
- Learn and execute on agile methodologies and test driven development
- Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements
- Must have experience in Go
- 4+ years of engineering experience
- Contributed to the development of backend systems
- Experience in payment processing systems
- Rigorous approach to testing backend development
- Engineers are required to participate in on-call rotation
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in additional backend languages such as Ruby, Java and Python
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Cloud Native technology
- No-SQL Databases
- Understanding of architectural patterns of large, mission-critical production services
- Experience in continuous integration/deployment environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $133,000 - $184,000
