Mid-Level to Senior Software Engineer
Build and own full-stack product surfaces for a global money platform, delivering reliable experiences from APIs through React and React Native interfaces. The role requires production ownership, strong product judgment, and experience scaling client-facing systems.

Responsibilities
- Build and own product and client-side surfaces end to end using React and React Native, from APIs to polished user interfaces.
- Design and implement state management, data schemas, and robust handling of real financial data.
- Partner closely with product and design from concept through implementation.
- Own reliability through graceful failure handling, retries, and edge-case management.
- Raise engineering quality through architecture, testing strategy, performance budgets, and code review.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical clarity on the product side.
- Proactively identify and solve problems with high agency.
Requirements
- Mid-level to senior hands-on engineer with a track record of shipping and owning production full-stack systems end to end.
- Strong product sense and attention to performance, responsiveness, usability, and trust.
- Experience taking product surfaces from zero to one and scaling them while maintaining clarity and performance.
- Strong judgment regarding speed versus polish, abstraction versus control, and simplicity versus flexibility.
- Clear communication and ability to lead technical and product decisions.
- Experience building product-facing or client-side systems at scale.
- Data-informed decision-making and evaluation of solution effectiveness.
Nice to Have
- React Native or native mobile development experience.
- Interaction and motion design experience, including close partnership with product designers.
- Fintech, banking, or crypto-native experience.
- Experience as a founder or early employee at a fast-paced startup.
