Senior Fullstack Engineer
Builds end-to-end web applications for national-security and autonomy products, spanning interfaces, APIs, services, and data layers. The role requires 5+ years of production fullstack experience, strong React and TypeScript expertise, and comfort working across languages and containerized Linux environments.

Responsibilities
- Take new products from concept through production, owning technical and product decisions.
- Build features end to end, from user interfaces through APIs, services, and data layers.
- Establish front-end foundations for UK products, including shared components, sensible patterns, and a consistent design language.
- Decide when capabilities should stand alone or belong in the core product offering.
- Incorporate programme improvements into products used by other teams.
- Engineer security from the first commit and build software for demanding operational environments.
- Improve how user-facing software is built and deliver dependable products.
- Travel between company offices and customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
- 5+ years of hands-on fullstack experience shipping and supporting production web applications.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, or another modern front-end framework.
- Experience designing interfaces for data-heavy workflows.
- Adaptability across languages and comfort owning the whole stack.
- Experience with TypeScript, Go, and Python.
- Experience working closely with designers and product managers.
- Command of application security.
- Experience developing in Docker and containerized environments on Linux.
- Ability to hold UK Security Clearance; current or previous clearance is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for company business and customer visits.
Nice to Have
- 7+ years of experience building fullstack applications, including serving as the senior voice on front-end architecture.
- Hands-on experience with 3D or geospatial visualization in the browser, such as CesiumJS, Three.js, or WebGL.
- Experience building or extending a design system used across multiple teams.
- Experience deploying and operating software on Kubernetes or similar platforms.
- Experience with autonomy, robotics, simulation, or systems that generate data at browser-challenging scale.
- Experience on national-security projects for government agencies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: 100000–160000.
- Full-time employees primarily work from the office five days per week, with occasional remote-work flexibility.
