Workplace & Engagement Coordinator
Hands-on onsite coordinator role supporting the New York office by managing daily operations, greeting guests, coordinating events, and ensuring a welcoming workplace experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet employees, candidates, and guests with professionalism and warmth; coordinate with building security for smooth arrivals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate ordering of employee meals (lunch, dinner) as needed
- Assist office services teams (custodial, culinary, vendors) and troubleshoot day-to-day issues
- Partner with Employee Experience team on daily needs and employee onboarding processes
- Stock and coordinate distribution of office supplies and swag
- Coordinate client meetings, interviews, and team offsites
- Assist in planning office events and activities to maintain morale
- Pitch in during busy moments, events, and high-traffic days
Requirements
- Professional, friendly presence with strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a highly visible, customer-facing role
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
