About the role
Responsibilities
Greet employees, candidates, and guests with professionalism and warmth; coordinate with building security for smooth arrivals
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Coordinate ordering of employee meals (lunch, dinner) as needed
Assist office services teams (custodial, culinary, vendors) and troubleshoot day-to-day issues
Partner with Employee Experience team on daily needs and employee onboarding processes
Stock and coordinate distribution of office supplies and swag
Coordinate client meetings, interviews, and team offsites
Assist in planning office events and activities to maintain morale
Pitch in during busy moments, events, and high-traffic days
Requirements
Professional, friendly presence with strong communication skills
Comfortable in a highly visible, customer-facing role
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
