Senior Designer, Marketing
This role creates integrated brand and marketing design across campaigns, events, social, web, digital experiences, and print. It requires 8+ years of experience, strong typography and layout skills, fluency in Figma and Adobe tools, and deep expertise in scalable web UI/UX design systems.

Responsibilities
- Create marketing assets across campaigns, social media, web and landing pages, sales collateral, digital ads, out-of-home, decks, swag, and print.
- Create high-converting, responsive landing pages and interactive digital experiences aligned with the brand design system.
- Define and evangelize a cohesive web UI/UX design language across digital properties, including intuitive, accessible, and high-performing navigation, interaction patterns, and visual components.
- Build and steward the brand by applying it consistently, refreshing it when needed, and protecting its core identity.
- Own event design end to end, including booths, banners, signage, badges, slides, and swag.
- Design reusable social media templates and one-off launch assets.
- Partner with the Senior Creative Director of Marketing on launches and translate positioning into visual concepts.
- Build and maintain shared asset libraries and templates.
- Collaborate with marketing designers to strengthen the brand.
- Evaluate asset performance and use insights to improve future work.
- Occasionally travel to support flagship events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or a similar role, in-house or at an agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign work, event design, social, digital, and ideally print.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and color.
- Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of web design principles, component-based design systems, responsive layouts, and user-centered navigation.
- Ability to design conversion-oriented digital experiences and maintain visual coherence across digital properties.
- Systems-oriented approach to templates and guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds and communicate trade-offs.
- Ability to self-manage and receive direct feedback.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity about AI tools in the design workflow.

- Motion graphics experience.
- Design thinking and knowledge of current and prospective target audiences.
- Experience shipping event booths at scale.
- Web design experience, especially for CMS-powered sites.
