Own the architecture and evolution of Karat’s GTM technology ecosystem across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of Karat's go-to-market technology stack, from lead generation through implementation and expansion.
- Design and optimize workflows across the full customer lifecycle; serve as the primary architect for Salesforce and related GTM systems.
- Establish scalable system governance, data standards, and integration frameworks across GTM tools.
- Identify and implement AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency across revenue operations.
- Design scalable operational processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations, including lead management, routing, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that support executive decision-making, funnel analysis, and capacity planning.
- Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies for their potential to create operational scale and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tools; strong experience designing and managing complex GTM technology ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and integrations at scale in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting both sales and post-sale organizations across the full customer lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable translating data into operational recommendations.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve business operations and decision-making.
- Ability to operate independently and drive work forward in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
