Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders on segment strategy, territory planning, resource allocation, performance-to-plan analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Lead business reviews and operating cadences supporting revenue targets and strategic objectives.
- Analyze sales performance metrics using SQL, R, or Python; build models, dashboards, and visualizations at scale.
- Develop reporting mechanisms and translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, models, and ad hoc analyses in spreadsheets and BI tools.
- Develop use-case frameworks that standardize customer value creation.
- Support deal, expansion, and retention strategies across GTM teams.
- Advise senior and executive stakeholders and translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Strategic Finance, Product, and partnership teams.
- Prepare materials for executive reviews and planning sessions.
Requirements
- Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL or R, including independently querying and modeling large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Track record of influencing senior leaders and driving results in high-growth sales organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings range: $270,000–$310,000 USD.
