Responsibilities
- Lead the AI-agentic transformation of the My OPSWAT platform.
- Own platform architecture, delivery, quality, security, and operations end to end.
- Stay hands-on, creative, and innovative in the codebase and technical direction.
- Connect business, engineering, product, and people priorities.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Establish AI-native engineering practices, including context files, evaluations, review gates, and agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with a full agentic software development lifecycle.
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading teams, including managing managers or technical leads.
- Deep technical fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, and data modeling.
- Experience building and operating cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Strong business and customer judgment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
