Senior Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across promoted content, webinars, ebooks, field events, account-based marketing (ABM), content syndication, and inbound and outbound sales activations.
  • Run always-on programs and demand generation plays that ladder up to integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with Canada SDRs and AEs to support campaign execution, gather feedback, and iterate on what works.
  • Build and run the Canada customer marketing motion through case studies, customer webinars, executive events, and other advocacy programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and understand how programs affect funnel performance.
  • Shift budgets toward higher-return programs and optimize through testing and learning.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets for Canada demand generation channels, including ABM, field marketing, direct mail, webinars, and content.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment.
  • Deep expertise across gated content, paid advertising, webinars, field events, ABM, and related demand generation channels.
  • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and execute directly and through others.
  • Clear communication skills across individual contributor and executive audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to incorporate insights into strategic roadmaps.
  • Agility and speed in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Native or business-level proficiency in French-Canadian (Québécois French).

Compensation

  • Salary range: $128,000–$160,000.
