Responsibilities
- Design large-scale print materials, including event signage, vinyl wraps, window wraps, and booth designs.
- Produce print marketing materials such as flyers and signage that are on-brand and print-ready.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, trim, color mode, and vendor specifications.
- Support layout and design work in Figma to maintain print and digital brand consistency.
- Contribute to brand initiatives from concept through launch.
- Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand space, scale, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with print vendors and review proofs to identify production issues.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across physical and print touchpoints.
- Incorporate feedback quickly to maintain production timelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional design experience, including internships and apprenticeships.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Portfolio demonstrating real print production experience, print and editorial design, large-format or event-based work, and digital branding samples.
- Understanding of print fundamentals, including bleed, trim, color profiles, file setup, and large-format printing vendor requirements.
- Ability to work independently on limited-scope problems while learning and applying company standards and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to polished, professional work.
- Ability to balance speed, creativity, quality, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
- Experience with digital branding.
- Curiosity and hands-on problem-solving skills related to how designs are built and installed.
- Comfort receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly.
