Staff Designer & Creative Technologist
Owns the creative function across multiple brands, designing and shipping performance-driven landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative. Requires 3+ years of design experience, strong Figma craft, hands-on Webflow or Framer skills, and a data-informed approach to conversion.

Responsibilities
- Design and build DTC landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative across multiple brands.
- Serve as the creative point of contact across subsidiaries and brands, advising marketing and brand leaders on creative approach.
- Direct the creative output of external agency partners and maintain quality standards.
- Own the creative function end to end, including setting standards and performing final creative reviews.
- Turn concise written or verbal direction into finished, on-brand work while improving the brief where appropriate.
- Take designs from Figma into live environments using Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot visual issues independently.
- Partner with growth teams on A/B tests by forming hypotheses, shipping variants, analyzing results, and iterating.
- Use generative AI as part of the daily creative workflow.
- Communicate project status, questions, blockers, and timeline risks proactively.
- Make design decisions based on customer behavior and performance data.
- Build reusable templates, components, and documented processes to scale creative production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience in performance marketing, growth, DTC, or direct-response contexts.
- Agency or fast-paced startup experience managing multiple brands or clients on short delivery cycles.
- Strong Figma skills, including the ability to work from and extend existing brand systems.
- Practical experience with Webflow, Framer, or comparable tools, plus enough HTML/CSS to diagnose visual issues.
- Ability to ground design decisions in evidence and explain them in terms of customer behavior and conversion.
- Working knowledge of direct-response fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, proof, friction, and CTA placement.
- Ability to connect design choices to conversion rate, average order value, and acquisition cost.
- Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to explain creative decisions in business terms.
- Independent judgment, proactive communication, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Pragmatic approach to tools and processes, including legacy or imperfect systems.
