About the role

What you'll actually do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from the first cold conversation to signed contract — on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Work closely with founders and engineering team to bring market signals back from the field that shape product direction
  • Identify high-potential targets in the US market
  • Run discovery calls that go deep on architecture and business model
  • Navigate procurement and compliance in technical environments
  • Close deals with conviction

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years in B2B tech sales, with a track record of closing complex deals with technical buyers — CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product
  • Sold infrastructure, APIs, developer tools, or technical SaaS
  • US market experience: understand how enterprise and mid-market deals move — procurement cycles, legal constraints, stakeholder dynamics
  • Comfort in an early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written

What will set you apart:

  • Ability to explain a complex technical concept simply
  • Build credibility with an engineer and a CFO in the same meeting
  • Get curious about a customer's architecture before pitching
  • Fintech or financial infrastructure experience is a plus
