Responsibilities
Lifecycle and Campaign Management
Manage email, in-app, and push campaigns end to end, including setup, tracking, and multivariate testing.
Improve email development and deployment processes, including dynamic content, targeting, personalization, and templates.
Support data integrations with email service provider and in-app messaging platforms.
Demand Generation and Analytics
Design and execute multichannel lead-generation campaigns across search, social, and display for self-service and high-touch sales cycles.
Own conversion-rate optimization for high-traffic landing pages and lead-capture forms through A/B testing.
Track and report team KPIs, including performance summaries, test results, and conversion tracking.
Partner with marketing, data, and product teams to develop engagement strategies and achieve KPI and business targets.
Define go-to-market strategy and planning, including positioning, value proposition, and launch approach.
Partner and Distributed Brand Marketing
Serve as the day-to-day contact for partner and distributed-brand follow-up, surfacing risks and resolving misalignment.
Capture action items, confirm owners and timelines, and follow through on post-meeting execution.
Ensure contractual marketing commitments to partners are fulfilled.
Create distribution and publishing partner content, including emails, blogs, gated content, catalogs, videos, landing pages, and digital advertising.
Support partner events from materials ordering and event planning through chargebacks and issue resolution.
Collaborate with distributed brands on co-marketing initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
Ability to manage cross-functional commitments, resolve competing priorities diplomatically, and align partners and stakeholders.
Experience tracking Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across channels and campaigns.
Strong communication, project management, and time-management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working under pressure.
Experience using enterprise email and multichannel service platforms for list management, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and email, in-app, and push campaign deployment and tracking.
Experience with HTML and CSS for email templates and landing pages.
Experience building email automations and drip programs.
Experience tracking email engagement metrics and web analytics, including Google Analytics.
Understanding of Agile marketing principles, values, and processes, or willingness to learn.
Ability to work extended hours and travel up to 15% as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move event materials weighing up to 30–50 lbs.

Annual salary range: $68,550–$114,250 in Colorado.
